Refund policy

Every product we sell is a digital download for DaVinci Resolve. Because files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final. This page explains what that means, what you can check before buying, and the cases where we will always make things right.

Try before you buy

You never have to purchase blind:

  • Every pack has a demo video showing the assets in use.
  • Packs and bundles offer free samples you can drop into a real Resolve timeline before you commit.
  • The Free Starter Pack lets you test our quality, installation flow, and workflow end to end at no cost.

If you are unsure whether a pack fits your project or your version of Resolve, write to support@videoeditorstudio.com before purchasing and we will tell you straight.

All sales are final

Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned. For that reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed orders, except in the cases listed below.

European Union and United Kingdom customers

Under EU and UK consumer law, the 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun. By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal at that moment. Your statutory rights regarding defective or misdescribed digital content are not affected.

When we will always help

Contact us at support@videoeditorstudio.com and we will sort out the following, no questions asked:

  • Corrupt, broken, or incomplete files. We replace them. If we cannot provide a working copy, we refund the purchase.
  • A product that does not match its description or does not work in the DaVinci Resolve versions listed on its product page. We fix it, replace it, or refund it.
  • Duplicate purchases. If you accidentally buy the same product twice, we refund the duplicate.
  • Download problems. If a download link does not arrive or stops working, we restore your access.
